Who is Marc Menninger?

Marc Menninger is a husband, father, information security manager and cleansing coach. Marc and his family live in Seattle, Washington.

Career

Marc's career in information technology and data security started in 1992 when he began five years of service as a Computer and Communications Officer in the United States Air Force. He worked at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia and Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, LA. He also served a short tour in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Shield.

After leaving the Air Force as a Captain, Marc entered the civilian world filling a variety of technical roles including help desk supervisor, network administrator, and network and information security consultant. His jobs lead him progressively west and north across the U.S., from Dallas to San Francisco and finally to Seattle.

Marc was a Vice President in the Corporate Information Security department of Washington Mutual Bank in Seattle. He is currently the Security Manager at PEMCO Corporation.

Marc has been a speaker at numerous technical conferences and seminars, has written several Cisco white papers and contributed to a published study guide for Cisco certification. He received his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Tampa in 1991 and has been a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) since 2000.

Business

In the spring of 2006, Marc was searching online for a way to help him lose 20-30 pounds. He kept seeing references to a nutritional cleansing system that was helping people quickly and safely lose weight. He decided to give the system a try and ordered it online.

Marc lost 31 pounds with the cleansing program.

Recognizing the effectiveness of this weight loss system, Marc immediately became a distributor and began introducing nutritional cleansing to family, friends, colleagues and people online.

Marc has helped people lose hundreds of pounds through nutritional cleansing. He has also been financially successful as a cleansing coach and by introducing this business opportunity to other entrepreneurs.

Speaking/Toastmasters

Marc Menninger has been involved with Toastmasters International off and on for more than 10 years. He has been the President of several clubs as well as an Area Governor. Toastmasters not only helped Marc improve his public speaking skills, it's helped him socially as well—that's how he met his wife!

Homebrew

Marc enjoys brewing his own beer at home. His favorite type of beer to make is India Pale Ales.
